The shed is being sold in its present condition with all faults. The Village of Pawnee makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the condition, dimensions, quality, structural integrity, weather resistance, portability, fitness for a particular purpose, or overall usability of the shed. No guarantees are made regarding age, condition, or ease of removal.

By submitting a bid, the bidder acknowledges they have had the opportunity to inspect the property and accept the shed in its existing condition. The successful bidder assumes all responsibility and liability associated with inspection, removal, loading, transportation, and future use of the shed.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

All awarded items must be paid for and have a removal appointment scheduled within five (5) business days from the posted sale ending date/ time. Furthermore, all items must be removed at the scheduled time/date of removal. Failure to pay for and/or remove all awarded items could result in termination of the contract and no refund will be made.
