State of Illinois Online Auction

This is for an assortment of goods.  This auction is for the whole lot (which fits inside one cardboard box) and all items must be taken or discarded, so look at the pictures before bidding.

Items listed as being from a certain brand or consisting of a certain material are done in good faith based on visual inspection, unless if noted.  We cannot be held responsible for the authenticity of items, but we do allow in-person visits of our available merchandise.  For any questions, please call us at 847-294-4187 or email Raja at rajabanerjee@illinois.gov.

Our pickup hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Friday except for state holidays.  If physical pickup is not possible, our preferred shipper is Chris Jans at UPS in Mount Prospect.  He can be reached at 847-788-9001.

It is the customer’s responsibility to bring a copy of the invoice to pick up this property, we only ship property with the shipping companies that are at the bottom of this website.

Failure to make payment and pick up property within five (5) government working days shall subject the winning bidder to the following:

 A) in Illinois Department of Central Management Services sole discretion, a reclamation of the awarded property and relisting of the same for public auction;

 B) the payment of such fees and charges including any storage, administrative or other expenses necessary to re-auction the unclaimed item; and

 C) a handling charge of $25.00, plus ten percent (10%) of the bid price for a restocking fee, plus 2% of the total sale already paid to the State of Illinois.

THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES WILL NOT PERMIT DELINQUENT PAYMENT OR PICKUP OF IBID MERCHANDISE. ALL UNPAID/UNCLAIMED ITEMS WILL BE RESOLD AND ABOVE PENALTIES SHALL BE IMPOSED ON DELINQUENT BIDDER. WHEN BIDDER MAKES PAYMENT BUT FAILS TO PICK-UP AWARDED PROPERTY, BIDDER SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND, LESS THE ABOVE PENALTIES ENUMERATED ABOVE.
