Items must be picked up within FOURTEEN (14) days of auction’s end at Metro East Park and Recreation District (MEPRD), 104 United Drive, Collinsville, IL 62234. Items may be picked up by appointment between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday.
PAY VIA CASH or MONEY ORDER (mailed and received by MEPRD by time of pick up or delivered at time of item pick up), WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SALE- OR THE SALE WILL BE CANCELLED. WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS OR ONLINE PAYMENTS
PRIOR TO PICKING UP YOUR ITEM, YOU MUST CONTACT MEPRD TO SCHEDULE A PICK UP TIME FOR YOUR ITEM. YOUR ITEM WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP IF YOU DO NOT PRE-SCHEDULE A PICK UP TIME
All item(s) must be picked up NO LATER THAN 14 days after the auction closes. If the item(s) is not picked up within 14 days, the buyer will forfeit their payment for said item(s) as liquidated damages. The Metro East Park and Recreation District reserves the right thereafter to re-auction or scrap the item(s), for failure to comply with pick up procedures as stated.
