State of Illinois Online Auction

Stainless steel bike rack made by Sportworks.  Model number SSDL2.  Auction is for one (1) 2-bicycle bike rack for use on an RV, bus, truck, etc. In USED, but good condition.  Please note, this bike rack was used on a mass transit bus and the hardware would need to be reconfigured (additional hardware added, perhaps) in order to install it on another type of vehicle.  It was not designed to be installed as-is on other vehicles.  Please see photos.

Items must be picked up within FOURTEEN (14) days of auction’s end at Madison County Transit, One Transit Way, Granite City, IL62040.Items may be picked up between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

PAY VIA CASH or MONEY ORDER (mailed or delivered at time of item pick up), WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SALE- OR THE SALE WILL BE CANCELLED 

PRIOR TO PICKING UP YOUR ITEM, YOU MUST CONTACT Stacey Cline (scline@mct.org) TO SCHEDULE A PICK UP TIME FOR YOUR ITEM. YOUR ITEM MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP IF YOU DO NOT PRE-SCHEDULE A PICK UP TIME

All item(s) must be picked up NO LATER THAN 30 days after the auction closes. If the item(s) is not picked up within 30 days, the buyer will forfeit their payment for said item(s) as liquidated damages. The Madison County Mass Transit District reserves the right thereafter to re-auction or scrap the item(s), for failure to comply with pick up procedures as stated.

Pick up in person or by private carrier (buyer is responsible to contact shipper and to make arrangements for pick up/shipment. All shipping charges and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.)
