2009 Saturn Aura XE 4 door in excellent condition, runs well and body is in excellent shape. Transmission works well with no observed issues. Interior of vehicle is in good condition. Tires are also in good condition.
The vehicle is being sold "As Is" -"Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees offered, implied r expressed, as to its fitness for any use or purpose. The bidder is cautioned that the presented vehicle is used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
The vehicle may be available for public inspection prior to bidding. However, inspection terms may be offered at the sole discretion of the iBid administrator and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There are no refunds or exchanges.
The Village of Riverside cannot provide security for the purchased vehicle. Once a sale is complete the buyer assumes all responsibility for the purchased vehicle. Removal of the vehicle must be completed within five days of purchase.
The Village of Riverside does not allow the purchaser to make repairs on Village of Riverside Property, except for minor repairs needed to make the vehicle functional for removal from the premise. Minor repairs may include: checking fluid levels, jumping or replacing batteries, tire repair/replacement and lighting. The Village of Riverside will not provide the buyer with any tools or materials, or employees for any repairs needed to remove the vehicle from Village of Riverside property.

Pickup will only be made after payment has been secured and the vehicle title signed over. Payment can be made by Cashiers Check or Money Order, paid to the: Riverside Police Department/Village of Riverside 31 Riverside Road Riverside, Illinois 60546.
The vehicle must be picked up within 5 working days after the auction has ended. Pick up hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM unless other arrangements are made.
