Miscellaneous lot of building maintenance and other office items...includes: approx. five (5) large (4' wide x 6' tall) dry erase boards (white boards, erasable boards) which are made of steel, magnetic strips, an old time clock, securement straps, binding machine, cubicle divider panels, black vehiicle exhaust hose, wooden base on casters, smoke alarm. Items are all in used condition; functionality unknown, sold without warranty, as is - where is. Listing for items on TWO pallets in photos only.
Nothing else in picture is for sale other than the items on the two pallets. Sold as-is; one lot. No further info available. Winning bidder must take entire lot.

Items must be picked up within FOURTEEN (14) days of auction’s end at Madison County Transit, One Transit Way, Granite City, IL 62040. Items may be picked up between 8:30 AM and 3:00 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
PAY VIA CASH or MONEY ORDER (mailed or delivered at time of item pick up), WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SALE- OR THE SALE WILL BE CANCELLED

All item(s) must be picked up NO LATER THAN 30 days after the auction closes. If the item(s) is not picked up within 30 days, the buyer will forfeit their payment for said item(s) as liquidated damages. The Madison County Mass Transit District reserves the right thereafter to re-auction or scrap the item(s), for failure to comply with pick up procedures as stated.
