Buyer is responsible for transporting. Forklift will be available for loading at time of pick-up. Pick-up must be coordinated at least two days in advance of pick-up with office (office will contact auction winner following close of auction.

Item(s) must be picked up within FOURTEEN (14) days of auction’s end at Madison County Transit; One Transit Way, Granite City, IL 62040. Item(s) may be picked up between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday – Friday.
PAY VIA CASH or MONEY ORDER (mailed or delivered at time of item pick up), WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SALE - OR THE SALE WILL BE CANCELLED.
PRIOR TO PICKING UP YOUR ITEM, YOU MUST CONTACT Summer Moore (smoore@mct.org) TO SCHEDULE A PICK UP TIME FOR YOUR ITEM. YOUR ITEM MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP IF YOU DO NOT PRE-SCHEDULE A PICK UP TIME.
All item(s) must be picked up NO LATER THAN THIRTY (30) days after the auction closes. If the item(s) is not picked up within thirty (30) days, the buyer will forfeit their payment for said item(s) as liquidated damages. The Madison County Mass Transit District reserves the right thereafter to re-auction or scrap the item(s), for failure to comply with pick-up procedures as stated.
Pick-up in person or by private carrier (buyer is responsible to contact shipper and to make arrangements for pick up/shipment. All shipping charges and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.)
