Winning bidder is responsible for pickup and removal of all items.  Warehouse Staff are not responsible for loading items.

All surplus property is sold “as is, where is”.

Winning bidder is responsible for the removal/shipping of item/items.

It is the customer’s responsibility to bring a copy of the PAID invoice to pick up this property.

Failure to make payment and pick up property within five (14) government working days shall subject the winning bidder to the following:

A) in ILLINOIS CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES sole discretion, a reclamation of the awarded property and relisting of the same for public auction;

B) the payment of such fees and charges including any storage, administrative or other expenses necessary to re-auction the unclaimed item.

THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES, AND ILLINOIS CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES WILL NOT PERMIT DELINQUENT PAYMENT OR PICKUP OF IBID MERCHANDISE.

ALL UNPAID/UNCLAIMED ITEMS WILL BE DISPOSED OF OR RESOLD AFTER A PERIOD OF 14 DAYS FROM AUTION END DATE.

WHEN BIDDER MAKES PAYMENT BUT FAILS TO PICK-UP AWARDED PROPERTY WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS FROM END OF AUCTION ITEMS WILL BE DISPOSED OF OR RELISTED., BIDDER WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND.
