Conditions of Purchase:
It is the customer’s responsibility to bring a copy of the invoice to pick up this property.
Failure to make payment and pick up property within fifteen (15) government working days shall subject the winning bidder to the following:
A) At Illinois Department of Corrections – Illinois Correctional Industries’ sole discretion, a reclamation of the awarded property and relisting of the same for public auction;
B) A handling charge of $25.00, plus fifteen percent (15%) of the bid price for a restocking fee
THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS – ILLINOIS CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES WILL NOT PERMIT DELINQUENT PAYMENT OR PICKUP OF IBID MERCHANDISE, UNLESS SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS ARE APPROVED BY THE DEPARTMENT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.
ALL UNPAID/UNCLAIMED ITEMS WILL BE RESOLD AND ABOVE PENALTIES SHALL BE IMPOSED ON DELINQUENT BIDDER. IN ADDITION, THE BIDDER MAY BE SUBJECT TO TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT SUSPENSION OF IBID PRIVLEDGES.
Buyer accepts the item(s) or equipment “As is” & “With all faults” – No warranty, expressed or implied, is made by Seller, and none shall be imputed or presumed.
