     All bidders wishing to preview or pickup items must have a back ground check completed prior to arrival.

Failure to make payment or pick up property within fourteen (14) government working days will subject the winning bidder to the following:

(a) Disposal of bid items.

(b) Re-listing of items

(c) No refunds will be given if bidder fails to pick up items within fourteen (14)  goverment working days.

THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND ILLINOIS CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES WILL NOT PERMIT DELINQUENT PAYMENT OR PICKUP OF IBID MERCHANDISE.
