Olcott Avenue, Norridge, IL 60706.  All property is offered “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” with no warranty or guarantee as to its fitness for any use or purpose offered or implied.  Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There will be no refunds or exchanges, Bidders who refuse to comply with these terms may be be suspended from future auctions.  Items must be paid for and picked up within 10 government business days after notice of the award.
