Payment: The City will accept cash, cashier’s check, or money order only. Payment can only be completed Monday thru Friday between 8:00AM and 3:30PM, excluding government holidays. Items must be paid for within 10 government business days after notice of award. 

Pick-Up: Pick up only, NO delivery. Pick up is at Du Quoin Water Department, 302 E Poplar St, Du Quoin, IL 62832.  Pick up must be arranged ahead of time with the Water Department Superintendent. City equipment or personnel cannot assist with the loading of the item. A copy of the winning invoice must be presented to pick up the property. Items must be picked up within 10 government business days after notice of award.
