Payment: The City will accept cash or cashier’s check only. Payment can only be completed Monday thru Friday between 8:00AM and 3:30PM, excluding government holidays. Items must be paid for within 10 government business days after notice of award. Credit Card Payment Is Not Accepted
Pick-Up: Pick up only, NO delivery. Pick up is at Du Quoin Fire Station 2, 1534 S. Washington St, Du Quoin, IL 62832. Pick up must be arranged ahead of time with the EMA Coordinator Doug Clark. City equipment or personnel cannot assist with the loading of the item. A copy of the winning invoice must be presented to pick up the property. Items must be picked up within 10 government business days after notice of award.
