2007 Chevrolet Impala 4 door black in color. in good condition, runs well and body is in good shape. Transmission works well with no observed issues. Interior of vehicle is in good condition. Tires are in good condition and vehicle has a new battery.
The vehicle is being sold "As Is" - "Where Is" wit no warranties or guarantees offered, implied or expressed as to its fitness for any use or purpose. The bidder is cautioned that the presented vehicle is used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
The vehicle may be available for public inspection prior to bidding. However, inspection terms may be offered at the sole discretion of the iBid administrator and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

The Village of Riverside cannot provide security for purchased vehicle. Once the sale is complete the buyer assumes all responsibility for the purchased vehicle. Removal of the vehicle must be completed within five days of purchase.
The Village of Riverside does not allow purchasers to make repairs on Village of Riverside property, except for minor repairs needed to make the vehicle functional for removal from the premises. Minor repairs may include: checking fluid levels, jumping or replacing batteries, tire repair/replacement and lighting. The Village of Riverside will not provide the buyer any tools, materials or employees for any repairs needed to remove the vehicle from village property.

Pick up will only be made after payment has been secured and the vehicle title signed over. Payment can be made by Cashiers Check or Money Order payable to the Riverside Police Department/Village of Riverside 31 Riverside Road Riverside, Illinois 60546.
The vehicle must be picked up within 5 working days after the auction has ended. Pick up hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM unless other arrangements are made.
