2006 Chevrolet Cobalt 4 door blue in color in good condition and runs well. The transmission works well with no observed issues. The interior of the vehicle is in good condition and the tires are in good condition. The vehicle has a new oil pan and battery.
The vehicle is being sold "As Is" - "Where is" with no warranties or guarantees offered, implied or expressed, as to its fitness for any use or purpose. The bidder is cautioned that the presented vehicle is used and may contain defects not immediately detectable.
The vehicle may be available for public inspection prior to bidding. However, inspection terms may be offered at the sole discretion of the iBid administrator and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

The Village of Riverside cannot provide security for the purchased vehicle. Once the sale is completed the buyer assumes all responsibility for the purchased vehicle. Removal of the vehicle must be completed within five days of purchase.
The Village of Riverside does not allow purchasers to make repairs on Village of Riverside property, except for minor repairs needed to make the vehicle functional for removal from the premise. Minor repairs may include: checking fluid levels, jumping or replacing batteries, tire repair/replacement and lighting. The Village of Riverside will not provide the buyer any tools, materials or employees for any repairs needed to remove the vehicle from village property.

Pick up of the vehicle will only be made after payment has been secured and the vehicle title signed over. Payment can be made by Cashier's Check or Money Order, made payable to the Riverside Police Department/Village of Riverside 31 Riverside Road Riverside, Illinois 60546.
The vehicle must be picked up within 5 working days after the auction has ended. Pick up hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM unless other arrangements are made.
