Tactical Surveillance Robot
Description: 1 each negotiator tactical surveillance robot made by Robotic FX. The Negotiator Robot was designed as a tool to be utilized by first-response personnel in dangerous situations such as hazardous material spills, hostage barricade situations, etc. The robot employs a variety of camera systems (pan/tilt, night vision, etc.), which provide real time video to first responders, a two-way audio communication system which allows for discrete communication, and a series of sensors, which can detect most hazardous materials and then transmit the information back to the operator control unit. The Negotiator also is capable of traversing rough terrain (e.g. a flight of stairs, tall grass, etc.) to ensure that first responders obtain the information they require from even the most remote location. No history is known on this unit as to working condition and/or if all parts and peices are in the case.

It is the customers’ responsibility to bring a copy of the invoice to pick up this property; we only ship property with the shipping companies that are at the bottom of this website.
Failure to make payment and pick up property within five (5) government working days shall subject the winning bidder to the following:
A) Illinois Department of Central Management Services has sole discretion, reclamation of the awarded property and relisting of the same for public auction.
B) The payment of such fees and charges including any storage, administrative or other expenses necessary to re-auction the unclaimed item.
C) Handling charge of $25.00, plus ten percent (10%) of the bid price for a restocking fee.
D) Failure to pay will result in bidder banned from the iBid website.
THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES WILL NOT PERMIT DELINQUENT PAYMENT OR PICKUP OF IBID MERCHANDISE. ALL UNPAID/UNCLAIMED ITEMS WILL BE RESOLD AND ABOVE PENALTIES SHALL BE IMPOSED ON DELINQUENT BIDDER. WHEN BIDDER MAKES PAYMENT BUT FAILS TO PICK-UP AWARDED PROPERTY, BIDDER SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND, LESS THE ABOVE PENALTIES ENUMERATED ABOVE.
