State of Illinois Online Auction

Description: This is an auction for 8 each bowling scoring tables and monitors. The bowling scoring tables and monitors are located at Western Illinois University. The bowling alley is located in the University Union basement. The winner of this auction will need to remove the bowling scoring tables and monitors after a scheduled meeting with University officials to discuss the logistics/method of removal and time frame alloted. As of now the bowling scoring tables and monitors will need to be removed by January 10, 2020 by the winner of this auction. Know what you are bidding on before placing a bid for this auction. Removing this equipment will be no small task.

Viewing:

General viewing will be on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at 2:00pm and Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 2:00pm-3:00pm for those who would like to see the items.  Following that date, individuals interested will need to schedule a date/time with Joeph Roselieb @ 309-298-1976.

          A) Illinois Department of Central Management Services has sole discretion, reclamation of the awarded property and relisting of the same for public auction.

          B) The payment of such fees and charges including any storage, administrative or other expenses necessary to re-auction the unclaimed item.

          C) Handling charge of $25.00 per item, plus ten percent (10%) of the bid price for a restocking fee.

          D) Failure to pay and/or pick up will result in bidder banned from the iBid website.

 THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES WILL NOT PERMIT DELINQUENT PAYMENT OR PICKUP OF IBID MERCHANDISE. ALL UNPAID/UNCLAIMED ITEMS WILL BE RESOLD AND ABOVE PENALTIES SHALL BE IMPOSED ON DELINQUENT BIDDER. WHEN BIDDER MAKES PAYMENT BUT FAILS TO PICK-UP AWARDED PROPERTY, BIDDER SHALL ONLY BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND, LESS THE ABOVE PENALTIES ENUMERATED ABOVE.
