Vehicle Description: Unit was tested on 12/09/14. A/C and Heater blower, AM / FM Radio, Wipers, and Signals were operational. The vehicle started, and moved forward and backward ten (10) feet. The stated condition of this equipment is no warranty or guarantee that the equipment will be operational. There is also no warranty or guarantee that the vehicle will start or move.

Per last known CMS Garage inspection, needed repairs include: Rear Shoes/Drums. Front Pads/Rotors. A/C Compressor, Drier, Orifice Valve. Plugs, Boots. Serpentine Belt. Intake Gaskets. Floor Pans, Driver's and Passenger's Side, Need to be Repaired or Replaced. Door Panel(s) Need to be Repaired or Replaced.
There may or may not be additional repairs needed to this vehicles; therefore, the provided list of repairs is not a warranty that the other mechanical components of this vehicle are operational. It is strongly recommended that this vehicle be inspected by a certified mechanic prior to use.

Tire condition was observed on 12/09/14. All four (4) tires were inflated at time of inspection.
Unit may contain normal dents, dings and scratches as consistent with vehicle age, mileage and use. Interior may be dirty and have holes from removal of communication equipment. There may be decal and sticker remnants on paint. Rust or corrosion may be present.

Equipment that must be downsized by unbolting parts to make it legal for transportation purposes will however be allowed. Any and all removal needs will be the buyers responsibility.
· The State of Illinois cannot and will not, load any equipment on private or for hire, trucks or trailers due to liability issues. All loading and securing of these assets purchased from the State of Illinois is the sole responsibility of the purchaser or their agents.
· The State of Illinois does not allow purchasers to repair vehicles on State property, with the exception of minor repairs needed to make the vehicle functional to remove it from the premises. Minor repairs include checking fluid levels, jumping or replacing batteries, belts/hoses replacement, tire repair/replacement, lighting and wiper blades The State cannot provide the buyer any tools or materials needed to make these repairs.
· There is no access to fuel or materials of any kind, at the sale site where vehicle was purchased.
Once you have completed your purchase remove your equipment as soon as possible.

Many Illinois State Police vehicles being offered were equipped with an after-market air bag switch. The National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) approved the State's request to install air-bag switches for certain vehicles owned by the State of Illinois and operated by the Illinois State Police.
