Description and Known Issues:

1995 International

Mileage: 81,801 Shown on Odometer(Cannot Verify if these are correct original miles)

Engine: Detroit series 60

Trans: Eaton 9 speed

Runs and drives. Currently stuck on the low side so only has 1st thru 5th gears. Builds air pressure slow. Used as a spotter on lot for last several years and has not been on highway.

Title is held with Central Management Services, buyer will be given information as to how to obtain title when vehicle is picked up.

Winning bidder is responsible for pickup and removal of all items.  Warehouse Staff are not responsible for loading items.

It is the customer’s responsibility to bring a copy of the PAID invoice to pick up this property.

** DUE TO LIMITED WAREHOUSE SPACE, failure to make payment and pick up property within five (5) government working days shall subject the winning bidder to the following:

A) in ILLINOIS CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES sole discretion, a reclamation of the awarded property and relisting of the same for public auction;

B) the payment of such fees and charges including any storage, administrative or other expenses necessary to re-auction the unclaimed item.

C) Illinois Correctional Industries will notify CMS of Failed/Delinquent payment subjecting bidder to being banned or suspended from the CMS Ibid site.

 THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONAL INDUSTRIES WILL NOT PERMIT DELINQUENT PAYMENT OR PICKUP OF IBID MERCHANDISE. ALL UNPAID/UNCLAIMED ITEMS WILL BE RESOLD AND ABOVE PENALTIES SHALL BE IMPOSED ON DELINQUENT BIDDER. WHEN BIDDER MAKES PAYMENT BUT FAILS TO PICK-UP AWARDED PROPERTY, NO REFUND SHALL BE GIVEN!

ALL UNPAID/UNCLAIMED ITEMS WILL BE DISPOSED OF OR RESOLD AFTER A PERIOD OF 10 DAYS FROM AUcTION END DATE.

WHEN BIDDER MAKES PAYMENT BUT FAILS TO PICK-UP AWARDED PROPERTY WITHIN 10 DAYS FROM END OF AUCTION ITEMS WILL BE DISPOSED OF OR RELISTED., BIDDER WILL NOT RECIEVE A REFUND.
