PAYMENT CAN BE MADE VIA money orders, cashier’s check, cash, certified check or credit card. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SALE - OR THE SALE WILL BE CANCELED. Direct any and all inquiries about the description of property to: mzinke@flyrfd.com. VEHICLE TITLE MUST BE ASSIGNED TO WINNING BIDDER. It will be the winning bidder’s responsibility to print and present both the paid invoice and description of item(s), as well as identification, at time of property pick up.
NOTE: Bidders that do not meet the payment terms outlined herein will be charged a relisting fee of $250.00 and are subject to collection services and expenses.
All vehicles and/or equipment must be picked up within 30 days of payment or an additional storage charge will be levied. If vehicle and/or equipment are not picked up within 60 days, the buyer will forfeit payment for said item(s) as liquidated damages. GRAA reserves the right thereafter to re-auction or scrap the item(s), for failure to comply with pick up procedures as stated herein.
GRAA will e-mail a copy of the vehicle title as proof of sale to the successful bidder. Bidder or bidder’s agent must produce copy of IBID bill of sale and title when picking up a vehicle(s).
Viewing and Pick up times for all GRAA I-Bid items are Monday – Friday 08:00 AM until 2:00 PM (except all Holidays). GRAA personnel are not responsible or expected to assist the bidder in loading or preparing any GRAA vehicles or equipment for transportation. Upon receipt of the vehicle title and key (by the bidder or bidder’s agent), the vehicle or equipment is considered the property of the bidder and any damage or harm to the vehicle once the property has changed hands is the bidder’s responsibility.
All sales are final and no refunds will be given. GRAA may, without liability, delay performance or cancel this sale on account of force majeure events or other circumstances beyond its control, including, but not limited to, strikes, acts of God, political unrest, embargo, failure of source of supply, or casualty.
Buyer accepts the vehicle or equipment “As Is” & “With All Faults”. No warranty, express or implied, is made by Seller, and none shall be imputed or presumed. Bidders are encouraged to have the vehicle or equipment inspected by a qualified mechanic or repair agent to verify vehicle or equipment safety. Typical safety inspections would include, but not be limited to the operation of all safety restraint systems, brakes, engine, transmission, tires and electrical systems at a minimum. All vehicles being sold by GRAA are used and have been stripped of all communication and other ancillary equipment. It should be expected there will be evidence remaining on vehicle from these removals.
All sales taxes, tariffs, and other governmental charges shall be paid by Buyer and are Buyer's responsibility except as limited by law. This transaction shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes hereunder will be heard in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Winnebago County.
The provision noted herein contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and replaces all such prior agreements with respect to matters expressly set forth herein. No modification shall be made to this agreement except in writing and agreed to by the GRAA. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns and personal representatives.
The GRAA may terminate this sale at any time for any reason up to receipt of payment. If at a time prior to receipt of payment, GRAA personnel identify items that must be removed from the auction listed herein, the GRAA may remove the items from the auction.
Bidders may be disabled and barred from participation in future GRAA sales for any of the following:
- Failure to observe these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to make good and timely payment for the item(s) awarded.
- Failure to claim purchases.
- Intentional disruption of the auction process.

NO EMPLOYEE, AGENT OR REPRESENTATIVE OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS IS AUTHORIZED TO GRANT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY TYPE WHATSOEVER OR TO MODIFY THE TERMS OF THIS DISCLAIMER IN ANY MANNER.
